Umm Sara is a dedicated Muslim sister, mother, and wife — certified in Fitness and Nutrition Coaching, with specializations in Kickboxing and Personal Training. She is also certified in Hijama Cupping Therapy and brings hands-on experience in holistic wellness. Her passion lies in supporting and empowering Muslim women. Through her coaching, she encourages sisters to follow the Sunnah of the Last Prophet ﷺ — especially in the areas of Prophetic Diet, Fasting, Hijama, Self-Ruqyah, and physical activity.
